Potential Locations
ETC Tiger Pipeline LLC is participating in a voluntary program to spur development of natural gas fired turbine compressor station exhaust heat recovery for power generation, as detailed in a INGAA white paper entitled “Waste Heat Recovery” Opportunities: Pipelines Present Energy Efficient Proposal”. The white paper recommends posting a notification including stations that meet the following:
- Have a total gas turbine station capacity of at least 15,000 hp; and,
- Operated at or more than 5,200 hours (60% load factor) over the last 12 months.
ETC Tiger Pipeline LLC currently has no gas turbine compressor stations that meet the criteria.
